To secure your place on the 12-week Coaching Certificate for Nutrition & Healthcare Professionals please complete your registration form below. 

There are two course intakes, either 10th March or 22nd September. To help fit the CORE Mentor Group sessions in and around other commitments, we give you a choice of days / times and we will do our very best to accommodate.

To be eligible for this course you are required to hold a prior Nutrition or Healthcare qualification. Please provide us with the following information.

We ask for emergency contact details as a precaution to ensure your safety and wellbeing during your time with us. While this is an online course, unexpected situations can arise, and having an emergency contact allows us to act responsibly and provide support if needed.

We offer 2 payment options to pay for your course. Your registration fee will be deducted from the total course fee; please refer to your offer letter for your payment terms and select your preferred payment option below:

Once you have completed your registration form, ticked the terms and conditions box below and paid your
Registration Fee of £150,  you will be contacted by our Student Support team with your next steps and you will
also get access to the Welcome Section of the course.
